As a long-time customer of Snom's devices, I would like to get some clarity on what the roadmap is for the UC firmware.
There has not been firmware updates since September of 2015. Your helpdesk states that Skype for Business Server 2015 is not supported.
And based on other updates, you have shown no plans to update the firmware to support Skype for Business Online.
A responsive from SNOM would be help to know if we should continue forward with SNOM devices or move on due to lack of support.
We have always enjoyed your devices, but as hardware leases expire we are being forced to reconsider.
Thank you in advance.

Dear Bradford,
you are correct: the partnership has been ended by Microsoft in 2016, so for the moment the UC firmware is in a "frozen" state. This doesn't mean that we stop supporting our UC customers: customers will still receive tech support but there will be no further development on the UC edition firmware (no new features, no new device models etc..) for the moment.
We inform you that we had to remove the attached PDF because is intended for internal and not public posting, if someone need an official statement about the current status, it should be requested via a sales person or helpdesk ticket.
To any looking for detail on this, I got an email from support that clearly stated that the partnership with Microsoft ended in 2016. It sounds like there will be no additional development and besides the HP phones, no additional support will be added.
I've attached the official announcement for reference.
