Inventory SNOM devices

Hello to all,

I've a problem to inventory our devices. Anyone can help?.

As mentioned in this post I set the port to 5060 but I could not find the switch to enable listening on TCP. This wasn't shown in my devices.

Some settings are not manageable via the web interface,

you can change the setting tcp_listen via an HTTP request:

http://phone_ip/settings.htm?settings=save&tcp_listen=on

Hello Sean,

thanks for your answer, but how can I set these parameter in the SNOM. I got access to our pbx, but there couldn't I set these parameter. I think it could be that I download the config file in xml format, but how can I the modified xml upload to the phone and how must these modified xml look like.

Sorry for my stupid questions, but I don't get any help from our reseller, so I has to solve this alone.

Sorry that wasn't the problem. There was a firmware bug and the latest firmware bring back the option to change this via web interface and via xml config.

thanks all for your help
