We have a lot of snom 710, we changed pbx from Asterisk (freepbx) to Wildix.
For manage the members of queue there is a feature codes with multi *, but when I dial it transform to sip:xx.x.x.x
Example:
I want to dial: 97*0*2*12
Press OK
Snom dial sip:97.0.2.12
There's a tips to disable this conversion?
Marco,
Can you send you settings file, from the phone, to supportusa@snom.com An initial attempt to replicate this was unsuccessful.
What version of firmware is on the phones? Is this occurring during an active call? Can you explain how to replicate this behavior?
Hello, firrmware version is snom710-SIP 8.7.5.35
Not during a call, you type 97*0*2*12 and the phone tranform to sip:97.0.2.12
Thank's for your attention
Do you have the SIP trace INVITE or a pcap trace of this behavior?
No I don't have, but if I deal with Grandstream connected on same PBX dial coorect with number and *, only snom convert number to sip:
How can I produce the log, with SIP trace of snom?
You can get the SIP trace from the phone by;
1. Log in in the web-interface as admin
2. Select SIP Trace from the menu on the right
3. Select Clear
4. Reproduce the issue
5. Select Reload
6. Copy the content of the log into a textfile and attach it to the ticket
OK
I attach SIP trace and a "print screen" of snom display before dialing
I sent you the requested file
Thank you
Marco Baldini
