We have a SNOM 760 which was purchased second hand however we are unable to provision it as I believe it is registered with the SNOM provisioning server.
Could you please check for and if present remove the following MAC address: 000413711F9D.
I can confirm that this device is not a branded phone and is not owned by a telco.

the mac is owned by vtalk.cloud, you should ask them to remove the redirection,
