We have discovered that after a reset of our SNOM 300 handsets, they now have the Setting Server set to OrbTalk. I logged a helpdesk ticket with them, however they have not found the MAC addresses in their database.
Please would you remove the following MAC addresses from the provisioning server?

Hi Tom,
We have checked on our provisioning server and there are no mac addresses from the list you have provided to us. Usually you would just need to reset your phones and since they are not configured on our server, provisioning server wouldn't be listed on them. You can try with doing factory reset to your phones and if you still experience these issues try contacting company that you bought phones from.
Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do about this issue.
