Souci de transfert vers un snom D715

Bonjour,


j'ai un souci chez plusieurs client lors d'un appel et transférer vers un Snom D715, 

le serveur est 3CX V11 ou V14

Quel modification y-a-t-il a apporter??

Je pense qu' il aurait une option à cocher sur l'interface snom D715


Pourriez vous m'aider pour cela ? merci
