I am currently looking for a solutions that will help us manage snom300 desktops in a central environment for the service desk team .
Currently they are manually setting up phone and this is causing issue for us regarding the DHCP options and Firmware .
We are looking for a way to manage all the phone and deploy firmware updates and troubleshoot issues if they appear.
The team got limited resources to get a solution to this problem
Total Devices 400 - 600
Most of our services got cloud based recently so we moved over to Office 365 skype for business .
