When I push the DND button, the phone is locked and the incoming calls are redirected to the voicemail but... the status in 3CX remain unchanged (and does not follow the rules configured for DND in 3CX).
When pressing the DND button, a *60 signal should be sent to 3CX; and a second press on the DND button should disable the DND status by sending *61 to 3CX.
How can I configure this ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Bernard,
you can configure the dial code via the following settings:
But I'm quite sure that if you are configuring the phone via 3CX provisioning such settings should be automatically configured by the PBX..

Hi Pietro,
Thanks for the answer.
I configured auto-provisioning but it does not seems to be configured as desired...
I have also read the link you provided. OK, but how can I implement this change ? I could not find the manual telling how to update this parameter...

You can configure it via the phone web interface.
If your phone firmware is < 8.7.5.x you should find it under: Preferences -> DND
Otherwise if your firmware is >= 8.7.5.x you should find it under Identity -> Features -> DND

Hello,
I configured the dnd_on and dnd_off as suggested, and the staus in 3CX is nox correct.
However, when calling, the call does not follow the DND rules of 3CX,
And the is a fail when trying to contact the phone...
27-mai-2016 12:25:03.851 [CM503003]: Call(C:189): Call to <sip:201@172.16.17.11:5060> has failed; Cause: 480 Do Not Disturb/INVITE from 172.16.17.81:2058
Is it possible, when pressing the DND key :
- The send the dnd_on or dnd_off code to 3CX
- Disable this "fail status" of the phone itself ?
