Call Indicator - Not Flashing When Receiving Additional Calls

Hello,
I have a snom 710 with 2 identities, when I was on the phone and I received a second or another call (on either identity), the call indicator used to flash to alert me to another incoming call.
It has stopped doing this; (so the only way to check to see if I have missed a call is to check the call log after each call to see if I have missed a call; this is very annoying. I have tried to find how to change the settings, and whilst there seems to be a way to change what the call indicator shows, I cannot find any instructions on how to do this. Can anyone please advise. Thank you

The setting you need to enable, if it has been disabled, is call_waiting. This setting will possibly need to be configured via your Provisioning Server if you are using one, but you can also use a HTTP GET request to the phone and set the setting.
You can set it by copying and pasting the command into your Web Browser. You will need to change the "phoneIP" to the actual IP address of your phone.
