I am attempting to update my SNOM's dialplan, and I have been unsuccessful in having my SNOM complete my dial string when pressing the # key. In an older release of SNOM I was able to us wildcards before specific keys to accomplish this, but now it appears that wildcards can only be used in the final step of a dial plan.
How can I accomplish this? Has anyone been successful in implementing this feature?
I was told that the version 8 software may support the version 7 dial plan, but I haven't seen this mentioned specifically only. Is this true?
