No Music on Hold with D715

My D715 is not playing any music when I put a call on hold.


I have also tried to upload a custom WAV file, although I thought there should be one pre-installed. I did all the steps, creating a audio file with the specifications, create a XML, update via settings URL etc. The log indicated, that the "moh" wave file was updated successfully.


Still, when I've got a phone call and press the "hold" button, the other party only hears silence.


In "Advanced Settings" > "Audio" the setting "Play music during hold" is set to "on".


Am I missing anything? Why does it not work?


BTW: I have downgraded to firmware "snom715-SIP 8.7.5.28" because I was having issues with the latest version.
