I have just set up the snom m9 but it does not seem to be receiving calls.
The line is fine as it is able to dial out.
After contacting the service provider they mentioned that it may be a setting within the phone that is blocking incoming calls but were unable to tell me what setting i need to change??

Hello Anny,
On the M9 there isn't such setting.. You should check the SIP trace if the phone is receiving the request or not.
