My Snom 760 has been added to a provisioning server!

I have a Snom 760 that I purchased back in December unlocked and unbranded, brand new. Have done several factory resets in that time and everything has been ok...

However, I just performed another factory reset but this time after rebooting it automatically downgraded it's firmware and provisioned itself and locked me out! The phone has no active line/sip account on the Snom 760 though?

The MAC is 00041371FF60

I'm guessing someone has added the MAC by mistake?

I just got the following response via a support ticket:

Dear Paul,

the phone is provisioned by provoku.co.uk
setting_server: https://snom.provu.co.uk/snom760.php?mac={mac}

The mac address has been removed from our redirection service.

Please DO NOT forget to factory reset the phone.

The phone no longer get's provisioned, why someone added it to their provisioning server in the first place is worrying though.
