Jabra 9460 Headset Probleme mit Snom 760

Haben Release auf 4x Snom 760 Telefonen laufen, egal ob mit Jabra EHS USB Adapter oder direkt über USB stürzen alle Geräte nach einer Weile beim 3 oder 4 Gespräch ab mit folgender Fehlermeldung:

Dear Snom Partner / End User,

Please note:

All the USB headset related issues reported with Snom 720 and Snom 760 were all intensively investigated by Snom. The symptoms and potential root causes were all escalated to the platform vendor. In several joint attempts Snom supported the platform vendor with our subject matter expertise including sharing what is known from other platforms in principle.

The final outcome is:

As the platform vendor of Snom 720 and Snom 760 has ceased to support those platforms, it is impossible to implement a level of USB headset support as on other platforms.

As Snom 720 and Snom 760 reached EoL December 2017, Snom will not further investigate this issue.

Last but not least: please don't shoot the messenger.
