Redirection server

Is the redirection server still down. I can't get phones to redirect to my servers.

the redirection service is up an running since days (we had a planned maintenance Window the 20 of November).

Are you facing issues ?


Any idea when the redirection server will be working again?

I have been trying to add phones to our Vodia server for the past week but the MAC addresses do not get added. I just syned 6 phones.

The phones never get to my PBX to retrieve their configs. If I manually configure the Snom 720 phones with my PBX URL the phones pull their configs.

If I enter the following link in a web browser the redirection server does not get the URL to my server.

  http://provisioning.snom.com/snom720/snom720.php?mac=000413777292

We have thousands of Snom phones in the server. Here is what is returned when I query an existing phone that worked before the upgrade.

  http://provisioning.snom.com/snom320/snom320.php?mac=000413381E2F

  setting_server: http://PBX01.voicespring.net

If I delete a phone that is already in the server for example 0004133857EF it is removed but when I try to add the phone it is not there. This tells me that my PBX can communicate with the server since the phone was removed from the database.

I am using Vodia PBX 5.2.5.

I have not tried to use the CLI program that you can use to manage the redirection server database but can try that when I get to the office today.
