Hello Stefano,

you are asking about to disable a function key behaviour when the phone is on-hook ?

In case you can setup two Action URLs:

action_onhook_url=http://127.0.0.1/dummy.htm?settings=save&fkey1=

action_offhook_url=http://127.0.0.1/dummy.htm?settings=save&fkey1=speed%20300

In this way when the handset is on-hook the fkey1 is un-configured, when you lift the handset the fkey1 gets configured as a speed dial.

In case your phone we gui is configured to require authentication you should put your credentials into the action URL:

action_onhook_url=http://admin:passwd@127.0.0.1/dummy.htm?settings=save&fkey1=
