Is there a way to show line number when we make transfer ?

We have this situation :

A = caller 1

B = switchboard operator

C = internal user

D = caller 2

A call B

B answer and hold call

B call C

D call B

B want transfer A to C but when we press transfer button, this the number of D witch is show ! we can switch number with key, but B don't remember phone number, it remember only line number !

Hi,

the phone offers the so called “joined call screen” feature which allows to choose which call the desired action is applied to.

You can switch between active or incoming calls by pressing the corresponding soft keys (see screenshots)

All actions such as transfer, hold, termination etc. will be taken to the call displayed.

In call waiting scenarios you can change the default behavior to define if the active call should stay visible in the display or if the incoming call should be displayed instead (http://wiki.snom.com/Settings/always_show_active_call)

In order to avoid undesired transfers, http://wiki.snom.com/Settings/call_join_xfer should stay disabled. Otherwise the call on hold automatically will get connected to the call to be transferred.
